It is the ultimate eco-friendly electric bicycle which is also the easiest e-bike to use. Here are the unique features which you collectively won’t find on any other bike. Bamboo frame – nature’s own carbon fibre which is similar in strength to steel but much lighter. It provides wonderful yet not excessive flex so you don’t need additional suspension or bulky tyres for a comfy ride. It has a secure waterproof coating and is professionally joined to the other components. Regenerative motor hub – yes you read that correctly – you can brake via the normal levers or backpedal to slow down which actually charges the battery so your ride can last longer. Also, the battery is therefore less bulky making a much lighter e-bike. The motor, battery and controller are housed in the rear hub which means no external wires, no fiddly bits and less clutter on the bike. This is the simplest, easiest e-bike you will ever ride – no need for gears and all the extra weight and potential for problems they bring. Just hop on and start pedalling! The transmission is single speed via a Gates carbon belt drive. The Gates carbon belt means no need to oil the chain, excellent efficiency and a lifetime far longer than a regular chain can last up to 10 years depending on usage!!! As well as the regenerative braking there are front and rear disc brakes – the rear one is not fully installed (only the disc itself is present as shown in the photos) as we never got round to this, so the rear wheel also has a caliper brake. The front wheel has fully installed disc braking. Folding pedals which make storage that much easier. Leather handle grips for real comfort as you ride. The bike weighs around 10kg which is the lightest full size e-bike you will find!!! This is due to the unique choice of high-end components. This is the most fun you will have on an e-bike and will turn the heads of everyone who sees you. The bike is’as new’ as it has only been used for testing a handful of times. There are virtually no signs of wear other than slight signs of use on the tyres (which were/are brand new). You will not find any other bicycle or e-bike like this one!
